• Periodontal / Recession assessment

Discuss your concerns and questions with Dr. Lorie and review treatment recommendations.

• Virtual Zoom Appointment $128 10 mins / $179 15 mins
• Full Set digital radiographs $148 

X-Rays / Radiographs

Legally and ethically, a full set of quality radiographs is necessary for adequate diagnosis and treatment planning.  Previous radiographs received at [email protected] PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT may be useful for diagnosis. Full set of digital radiographs fee:  $148. 

Insurance:

As a courtesy, we will provide you with a claim form for your commercial insurance to reimburse you directly. We do not accept insurance payments.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Cash and Hall County GA checks. Care credit is available for third party payment plans - set up your own CareCredit.com account online PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT. Handling charges apply.
