New Appointment

During your first visit, you will receive a comprehensive examination with a written 5 Point Risk Assessment including:

-- TMJ, Growth and Development. Decay, Periodontal, and Medical risk analysis.

At this appointment, you will have a chance to discuss any other procedures needed with Dr. Lorie.

We offer as well virtual appointments for those far away and want to take advantage of Dr. Lorie's expertise.

Financial

The cost of a New Patient Appointment is $258 for adults and $158 for children 13 and under.

The fee for Virtual Appointments is $128 for a 10 minute consultation or $179 for a 15 minute consultation via Zoom.

X-Rays:

Dr. Lorie will need X-rays to be able to properly diagnose your situation. Provide us with existing x-rays prior to your appointment for reference to see if they are adequate. If you do not have x-rays, the cost of a full mouth set is $128.

Insurance:

As a courtesy, we will provide you with a claim form for your commercial insurance to reimburse you directly.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Cash and Hall County GA checks.
Care credit is available for third party payment plans. You will need to set up your own CareCredit account online prior to your visit. Finance charges apply and will be due at your visit.
